A Disappointing Experience

Upon arrival, I was greeted with an unsettling ambiance. The room felt neglected, and I immediately noticed unclean towels and stained walls. The persistent odor throughout the hallways and the eerie presence of insects made my stay unbearable. I requested a room change, but it was just as bad. Not worth it.

It was just a great fit for a two-day stay in New York with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff resolved a noisy situation quickly, which made my night much better. Just be ready for some noise, especially late at night.

The hotel is well-located near the Air Train to JFK, which is convenient. The room itself was clean and spacious, but the noise from the corridors made it hard to sleep. Breakfast had limited options, but the coffee was great.

I had the best time with quick access to the AirTrain The in-room flat screen TV and open HDMI and USB ports kept me entertained during my downtime. Plus, the vending machines were super handy for late-night snacks!

The room was cozy with comfy beds, ideal for a family after a long day exploring NYC. We loved the flat-screen TV and air conditioning that kept us cool. The convenience of being close to Jamaica station made traveling to JFK a breeze, allowing us to enjoy our trip without stress.

The AC didn’t work, and everything felt broken. There were loud, drunk people around all night, making it impossible to sleep. The front desk staff didn’t really care when I complained about the issues. Definitely not coming back, just a mess overall.

The room was decent but definitely had its issues. The bed was super comfy, which was a plus, but there was a stale smoke smell that wasn't great. The TV had a lot of channels, so that was nice to unwind with. However, the carpet was dirty and the curtains were broken. It felt like the cleaning staff could do better. The bathroom was the highlight, really enjoyed the shower and it even had a tub.
